E-Sys Cannot Flash ZBE4

I’ve successfully (almost) flashed our new F15 with the latest psdzdsta except for the ZBE4 module which refuses to play ball.

I’ve got the following error message but not sure why. It’s not a retrofit or a replacement unit. The module appears when I Read (ECU) but interestingly doesn’t appear in ISTA+ (not sure if it should?).

Any ideas? It’s not a massive deal but I’d like to have all of the modules updated.

ZBE4 is touch iDrive controller if I remember correctly, do you have it?

It is it and yes factory fitted touch controller so I don’t understand why it can’t communicate
