Upgraded my F15 audio amp to Bimmer-Tech

After upgrading my F15 speakers to a BAVSOUND stage1 and 2 my sound improve a lot but still lack what I was looking for so found an audio amp upgraded that installation and tuning was done by local specialist here in Orlando FL. After the install and tuning my X5 with BAVSOUND speaker system got transform to an amazing sound; I relay love the solid bass and crispy sound. Thanks Nelson Louis who is the Bimmer-Tech sales rep for setting this install for me. If you are in central Florida and want to upgrade your BMW audio amp to Bimmer-Tech or other just email Nelson at nelson@bimmer-tech.net.

He's not on the forums and asked me where he could post a review of our Amp. This is also to inform guys that already purchased this set up that we now have a tune for it.

Pics that i took during installation

It does not read as spam to me. It just sounds like a happy customer sharing experience.

but it does happen on forums, where someone just registers to plug their site or product.
but props to bimmertech for offering the products they do.

I agree. It happens all the time in coding forums when someone is looking for a little assistance and gets posts offering paid solution.

Is this amp an upgrade from the base (US-spec) amp or from the Harmon Kardon HK amp?

I also did the Bavsound speakers with the Bimmertech Amp in my F15. It sounds amazing. Nelson sent me the tune for it on Sunday and it made a big dofference. Nelso has always went above and beyond.

You call it fishy and you jump in with your own sales offer. Good luck salesman!

Thank you mpack79.
Luckily you had more posts than the OP or some people would call you a BimmerTech spy

The amp is certainly a great product and installation is a breeze. I did my own tune but would be interested in loading Nelson's as he is far more experienced than I am in this arena.

Does this amp have any affect to the Ghost woofer? I currently have the HK system but I want a bit more power to those woofers without a standalone box/amp.

I've seen many replies from the BavSound stages being installed on base audio setups; anyone have any experience with upgrading from a HK?

Better amps out there than Revanent/BimmerTech for F15 with Base Stereo?

Hi everyone. I'm new to posting to the forum, but have read countless posts over the years regarding stereo upgrades for all of my BMW's. I recently acquired a 2017 X5 with the Base Stereo (9 speakers + factory amp). I have already installed the "Revanent" amp from Bavsound along with 2-ohm SWS Earthquake subs under the seats, leaving the door and center speakers untouched. While an improvement over the factory amp and subs, it seems to be only a 10-15% improvement in volume, thump, clarity and imaging over factory. I have a 2012 328xi Coupe with the Bavsound Stage 1, Earthquake subs under the seats, with the HK amp (car had the HK set up from the factory originally) and it sounds fantastic. But before I add the Stage 1 from Bavsound into the X5, I'm wondering if there isn't a better option for less money, since the Revanent amp was $850 and the Stage 1 $600. I've read on this forum that there might be a PNP connector to add any amp to the factory wiring? If so, I'd be very grateful for some recommendations. I've also read that people have used Focal and DLS speakers for the doors and center location. Curious to know if they sound better than Bavsound. I had DLS in a previous 328i convertible and they sounded phenomenal. I'm aware that sound quality is subjective, but I think we can all agree that this base factory setup is average at best. Thank you in advance!
