trying to find an allocation for a new 35d. wife's 2013 was in the shop last week and she got just a simple x5s35i and fell in love with the redesign from the e70 platform. so now i need to placate her desire to replace with a custom order (the last one was just what was on the lot).

Thanks! Yeah, I had the dealer swap out the grills and tires (went from summer run flats to Conti DWS 06s) prior to delivery.

I bought the tires from tire buyer.com (I get a corp discount from them, so was only $1k for the set) and then I paid the dealer $125 to swap the 4 tires for me. I have the original summer run flats stored for lease return.

Thanks for the compliments! I'll have some better shots this weekend. Love the drive, but I was already aware how awesome it was, as my parents have a '15 35d. I also practice the same tire swapping technique as you, have on the last 5 BMWs, as it really is a smart way to do it. I have 4 DWSs ready to be put on next week!
