I was watching my wife driving away tonight and the fogs flickered non-stop for maybe 2-3 seconds when she just started the car, then it stopped and both fogs turned on normally.

If I'll use this coding and I have LED bulbs with error cancelers - do I need to remove the cancelers?

also, I saw a thread where a UK car with NIGHT VISION has LED Headlights and HALOGEN Fogs, I'm not
sure if that is true for the rest of the world (so few people have ordered Night Vision)

UK F16 with Night Vision

With LED headlights and night vision with dynamic light spot the fog lights emit the light spot that highlights animals and people on the road. Thatīs why they are special. Technically speaking the cars equipped with these options donīt even have foglights. Theyīre called Dynamic light spot lamps. They are slightly illuminated all the time when the main beams are on, dipped or full. There is no button to turn them on as fog lights.

But are they really halogen? Havenīt really looked closely at mine but the light emitted seems very white.
See them in action here. Go to 56 secs in.

Couple of things I noticed.. The headlight seems to be turned off or it is very weak.
I'm not sure the spot lights is a good idea since to me it would blind or cause deers to freeze at their tracks? Also it seems very distracting.

Nonetheless, the tech is cool

Nice man, well done. Still baffles why we didnt get LED signals and fogs on these F15s. BMW really struggles it seems with commonality.

I agree that the headlights in the video look very weak and almost like halogen. Don't know why. My LED mains does not look like that when on.
The spotlight illuminates the thing on the road and then starts flashing faster and faster to "scare" the thing away. I live in the countryside with lots of wild animals and in my experience they work the least good on fallow deer which are seen in this video. Wild boar and roe deer really react to the flashing lights and scram.
Itīs really good because it lights up a strip on the road to where the target is and that really focuses your attention to it.
You also get a picture of a roe deer in your HUD facing the same way as the animal that is entering the road. Very useful.
Also have noticed that pedestrians donīt seem to like the flashing "laser" in their face when they are walking on the side of the road.

For those without LED package - what color are OEM HIDs?
4300K or 5000K?

The stock fogs are halogens, not LED, and the light they make is yellow, not nicely matching the headlight's white light. Yellow light though is much more visible in foggy weather so, for safety, halogens are better
