I don't think you are doing enough on the interior.

Anything more you'd like to see? lol I have a few X5M bits and custom painting I'm planning on having done to the dash trim to all match. That factory gloss black needed to just be whatever trim was selected.

Installed my CF diffuser this morning.

Don't know why but BMW is making these things a little more of a PITA to install rather than some 3M on the back and screws underneath.

Thanks to Alan l. For helping me with some of the finer points of the installation.

Yes, except on the bracket underneath I did drill the 10 screws into my bumper

Mine's been on with VHB tape for almost 2 months now. No sign of it coming off at all.

No issues, did it on a warm day and used 2" painters tape to press it and keep it down to adhere it.

All I say is key is in prep work. 1000 grit wet sanding the parts then wiping down with alcohol and air dry.

It's stayed fine. Hung out with my E46 M3 gang this weekend and hit 120 with no issues with the sole intention to see if it'll stick and stay stuck lol

This is key. just slapping the tape on without any prep work will have poor results

Yeah it won't bond at all, the polyurethane is too slick for 3M to adhere fully. But since I have holes in my bumper I'm waiting on the front lip and beta link to come in and I may just use that at the end of the day. Just for piece of mind since it isn't like I can resell parts without body work now.

Taran.J , sure the Chargepipe will do you good with that much additional boost. Don't want to get stranded with blown Chargepipe.
