OEM m performance rear diffuser
Hey guys, does anyone know if it’s possible to purchase just the bracket for the oem m performance rear diffuser? Or is it at all possible to install it without the bracket?
Thanks in advance Last edited by NYC_X5; 03-31-2020 at 04:08 PM.. |

Love the X5, but R1 is life!

Anyone? I'm in the same boat with an aftermarket diffuser but no bracket, simply a very thin edge to put the betalink against.

Sorry, I don't have any info on the bracket. Many people have tried to source the brackets for the front splitter with very little success.

Believe it or not, the BMW dealer where I had mine installed used windshield adhesive on it and the front splitter. No issues for about 1 1/2 years.

I was looking to go this 3m route but there’s not enough flat surface on the edge of the diffuser to mount the tape. If I don’t find the bracket, I can always add a layer of epoxy to build an edge. Just don’t want to hodge podge the whole thing. |
