787 Euro is around $875 for the complete job.
I have not had the "pleasure" of needing to replace my battery yet, but list price is around $500 for just the battery I believe.
New plugs and brake fluid check. How many km's on the X6?
Nothing looks out of line to me?

Here in the US, a 105ah battery (ie.: duracell) from batteriesplus would set you $250 after rebate or $280 without, my dealer wanted close to $500 for it plus "programming".

Contrary to what they want to us to believe, this "programming" takes them less 5 minutes if you include the time it takes for the ISTA application to boot . All they do is follow prompts on the screen, even a monkey could do it, you don't have to have a background in computer science to do any "programming"/write any code.

A set of 8 OEM spark plugs for the 50i would set you $150 or $80 if you get Bosch from ECStuning.com. My dealer charges $180/hour in labor and they quoted me around $800 for the change.
Considering you have an M I'd say you get a better deal, but then it's kind of Apples to oranges comparison since you live in Europe.

Either way, you can DIY and save $$$, both jobs are ridiculously easy if you know how to handle a wrench and a can follow instructions on a computer.

Thank you for illustrating. Makes me even more excited to tackle plugs and general tune up of my M5 as DIY.

Wife's X5 may be a different story however. At the least you can save a lot as pony says by purchasing the parts yourself if you have an indie who is cool with that approach.
