Also the plastic rivet for the fender flare that need to be partially removed in installation process. I personally only able to take off 3 of them instead of the whole thing.

Wow, Ben! Looks awesome!! The plastic splitter def makes the car look more aggressive/better. How is the ride? Does it affect your tires at all - rubbing, etc.? I'm kind of curious in case I wanted to lower mine with the 22's already installed - if that's even possible. Thanks!

Opasha,
Ride is ok.
I did a quick write up on the other lowering spring thread started by TrinityTwo.
I would love it to go stiffer and less rebound.
It didn't rub in any way.
With your car, the reason your is rubbing, because your overall diameter is bigger than the original setup. Which is good in a way, this way you have more meat on the tires, so softer ride and you get more distance in 1 rotation.
The supposedly size for the F15 with 22" is 295/30-22 front and 335/25-22 rear.
So, to answer your question, yes you can lower yours, but be prepare with more rubbing on a full turn.
The slogan was, it is not low enough if it didn't rub. But of course, it meant by rubbing on the fender.

Hahah, awesome thanks for the information. Yeah, I know why it's rubbing. I've done plenty of reading/research/discussing even to help others who are trying to upgrade to 22". I'm happy with the tire thickness - the ride is great. I'll stick with my height since I don't mind it. There's not MUCH body roll, esp in Sport mode. I'm just so used to my lower FX35 with tight suspension, which is why I'm curious about these things/interested in your guys' experiences/knowledge. Thanks as always, bud!

No problem. But of course, with your tire size, it will feel up the wheel well gap more. So the car will looks a lower.

Looks great r33!!

So it's required to remove the fender flare in order to access the rear of the lower grills to install the trims? And those plastic rivets are required because the fender flare uses 1-time rivets? Or are those plastic riviets used for something else?

I thought you could just pull the wheel well cover off to access the rear of the lower grills??

Yes, you need to remove partial of the fender flare since the fender liner is sandwiched in between fender flare and the fender itself.
I, myself, managed to only remove 3 rivets, since the fender liner is consist of 2 pieces. Front half and Rear half. Man, I should've done the DIY or taking picture.
The plastic rivets is 1-time use. Also, should've took a picture for comparison.
Anyway, I will try to take a picture and post it later.

Here is the picture of the used rivet.

Also the picture where the front 3 of the rivet that I removed. Only up to the middle part of the front fender liner.

I hope you guys can see the line that separate the front portion to the rear portion of the fender liner.

FYI, the rivet is not re-usable. You can use it to cover the holes, but it won't be functional.
I currently re-using mine because I am debating whether to paint the side marker or not.
Maybe you guys can give me an input on painting the side marker or not.

No harm in painting it. My bumper has a slight color mismatch on one side which makes the painted reflector appear like a different color.

I REALLY like the front end treatment. Too bad I'm right-handed and whenever I attempt to do mechanical stuff, I end up using both of my left hands.

You may want to find someone who is handy enough to do it.
It is worth to do it, I wish BMW made it much easier to put on.

I have dynamic handling package. Can I still install the springs to lower the truck? Does it void the warranty?

I believe DHP have rear self-leveling suspension.
In that case, you can use the H&R springs front with adjustable link in the rear.
That set is available in the market already for a few months. Let me know if you need it.
Also, as far as warranty, if you really worry about that, keep your car as stock as possible. Otherwise, dealer will always find a way to void your warranty just because they are being an ass about it.
But, in my experience with my F10 running JB4 Stage 2, with catless downpipe, and lowered on KW suspension, also with my customer E92 with JB3, full cat back exhaust, Bilstein PSS10 coilover, with Brembo brakes, they still takes care the car without any trouble. But then, they are dealers in LA, the capital of fixed up cars.
