How do you evaluate Xpel Installers?

I will probably get a frontal (full hood) and the side mirrors done. I have two installers in my zip code but have no prior experience with this product. I want to setup an appointment to evaluate their work. What should I be looking for? What questions should I be asking them?

Thanks for you insight.

See if you can see their work. I saw them doing the installation before I made my decision. I also called xpel and got the feedback on the installers.

He can be reached at dcampbell@xpel.com or by phone at 210-678-3787. Tell him which two installers you're thinking about and he will be able to provide further information.

I would also ask to see photos of the cars they've worked on, or if possible go to the facility and ask to see an install they've already done. Be sure to check for wrapped edges, kit alignment, etc...

Hope this helps
Thanks Xpel. David was able to help.

Should I be concerned if an installer has not xPel'ed an F15? Or are the skills transferrable irrespective to the vehicle? I printed out the kits for the F15 for reference and had the installer show me what would be wrapped versus what runs to the edge.

We also talked about what car parts are removed during installation. He said typically he removes the roundel emblem from the hood and depending on the install, the kidney grills.

He has been wrapping for 3 years.
