It will. Give the car 30 minutes after being locked for it to recognize the code, much like the ambient lighting whenever you code anything in BDC_BODY. The car needs to sit for that long after being locked to refresh the BDC_BODY ECU.

BTW, in the ambient lighting settings, after coding it for atomic80, I figured out how to basically use almost all the colors. Aside from BLUE, ORANGE, and WHITE, you have the COMBINATION of these three colors below these three in that list. Those are numbered AMBIENTE_FARBE_ENSEMBLE_4,5,6,7....and so on. If you simply change the colors for these, you will be having the new colors as well. Just throwing it out there in case anyone is a fan of one color for all three layers like me. Mine is currently all RED with my 6WB in sport mode, so it looks very much like a star wars (sith) interior. Obviously, the names will remain the same: BLUE, ORANGE, WHITE, ORANGE/WHITE/ORANGE, BLUE/WHITE/BLUE etc - but they will have those new colors if you set them in the first three layers. I read PlayTookies' thread, but wasn't sure if anyone thought about what I mentioned, so I'm just repeating that it is possible to have more than 3 colors if you want.

Ok, so I've been really puzzled why my Easy Entry only tilts my steering wheel up but doesn't move my seat backwards when I exit my truck, so I did some looking around on other F series forums and managed to code this feature into my '15 X5d. Now my seats move back 6cm when I exit my vehicle (this can be adjusted). I don't remember seeing this in the cheatsheet, so going to share it with everyone on here:
SM2 [6d] > 30000 SM_GLOBAL, 06 > Funktionen > EINAUSSTIEGSHILFE > Ausgelesen Change value to Modus_FA_SLV (This enables the feature) SM2 [6d] > 3012 EAH, 0A > Funktionen > EAH_VERFAHRWEG_SLV_PHYS > Ausgelesen default: 00, 3C (This sets the distance you want the seat to move back when you exit vehicle. Default 00, 3C is 60mm, you can change this to any value you want, eg 00, 28 for 40mm) |

No, you are correct. That particular code is for the dome lights, and they do not have any other color other than Orange and White...just like the tiny lights behind the driver and passenger rear seats. The doors have three layers. It's in the cheat sheet. The top long bar, the middle small bar, and the cup holder/side pocket door bar.

Has anyone coded out the seat occupancy recognition on a F2x/3x? If so, tips are welcome. It doesn't seem that it's possible like the E series vehicles. TIA

Got our X5 back from service last week, they did the dreaded software flash. Used E-SYS 3.27.1 and 58.3 PSDZdata. All coded well except for BDC BODY and one of the SM2's are both still trimmed. I was able to code the second SM2 based on the wert values. BDC BODY no such luck. What am I missing?

You will need to ask Forum Administration. But considering BMW took down several forums a few years ago for software links, I don't think Forum will change it's rules.
