True but you can get this thing at invoice and USAA (if a member) adds another $500 off leasing ($2000 if buying).

Are you sure that isn't a "loaded" money factor rate?
Last time I looked (which was a long time ago) the bare MF was .001154

For the best credit the best rate is 0.00134. That may change as new programming comes out March 1, 2017.

What was the peak residual % for 36/10 on the F85? Any model year.

Work prevented me from closing the deal last month.

Anyone have March residuals?

I hear MF went up to 0.00140.

Anyone have numbers for 36/10?

62% I believe. I picked up my f85 June 16 with 36/15k at 59% ... so 10k is 3 pints higher than 15k

I haven't seen the f85 with a better residual since it's arrival in MY15

Residual is still stuck at 58% which is why I have not made a move yet.

Yeah it's been stuck at 58 forever - MF also at .00134 (3.2%) forever it seems - buy rate was .9 for 72 when I signed so I went with a purchase for free money from BMFS.

Yea, I'm thinking with the economy being pretty strong, I don't see BMWFS lowering the MF any time soon.
Hopefully the residual will creep up a bit.

How much is invoice price percentage-wise below MSRP? I know for the F8X cars its roughly MSRP-7%.

Are there any incentives right now to move the X5M?

None of which I am aware. Could have internal ones but the upfront stuff like they had in December are not available.
