Good enough I guess.

Hey guys, so I just coded GFHB and when driving around in regular low beam mode, I feel like that my lights are lighting up people’s rear license plate more than normal. Has anyone else noticed this? I don’t have a good way to follow someone else at night to get feedback if they are too high or not.

Low beams will still work. It will not be complete blackout of car in front of you if you are close enough to project on them.

Any changes to the coding for 2018 F15 or do the Jan 2016 PDF instructions still work?

Sorry, I should have clarified a bit. When I drive around town in the dark on regular low beam mode, it seems like the low beams are aimed higher than before I coded the GFHB. I haven’t even had a chance yet to test the GFHB yet.

Interesting. Most people complain that lights seem lower than from factory. It is actually designed for drivers side to be lower so as to not glare opposing traffic.

It can be done on own with E-sys or Bimmercode. It is the most work doing on own with Bimmercode. With E-sys, there are scripts written to quickly apply all necessary changes.

Is it necessary to delete 5ap and 8s4?
Will it be sufficient to change the parameters via fdl and werte?

If you are using my Launcher Cheat Codes, you must load modified FA to do part of the work through VO coding.

reworked everything according to the instructions (deleted 5ap and 8s4), then encoded bdc, kafas, lhm, tms.
After doing fdl encoding also according to the instructions.
The distribution of light works, but it is completely incorrect (

I realize this has been going on for a few years now but if I'm driving a 2018 X5 with Adaptive Full LED lights and Assistant High Beam.. am I getting anti-dazzle or do I still ned to code it?

I'm driving X5 50i, M-Sport with Exec tier. Just picked it up a couple of weeks ago...

Also, I have Bimmercode so if coding is needed on my F15, can someone post a link to the thread with the correct codings?

Thanks very much!

North American F15 get 2-stage HBA. Rest of the World gets NGHB.

encoded icm, nothing has changed (
in parameter LUT_FLC_FORWARDLIGHTING_Y
there is no value F015_mit_AFS (9C 9C 9C), but even if you enter the values "9c 9c 9c", the lights still do not work correctly on high beams

9C 9C 9C is for low beams and cornering lamps.

Please tell me why the distribution of high light rays does not work correctly?
Maybe because of low firmware? (52.3)
Did everything according to the instructions, deleted 5ap, 8s4, then "code" bdc, kafas, icm, lhm, tms.
Then I changed 16 functions according to the instructions.
Errors erased.
High beams work, but tonnel is not made either for passing cars or for oncoming vehicles (
for oncoming cars, the left-hand headlight diminishes its brightness, but the toner does not move.
The right headlight chaotically moves its rays, blinding the passing cars.
And the tonnel is formed for 1-3 seconds at a time when the passing car disappears from the visibility of the kafas camera.

It is possible that there is a mismatch in firmware and settings.

Have you run analysis on your firmware level to check if more settings are different in LHM?

Anyone successfully do the anti-dazzle coding -- NGHB and VLD -- on a 2018?

Any changes to the coding for 2018 F15 or do the Jan 2016 PDF instructions still work?
