I'm 99% sure you'll go with 2016 CPO M Sport. However, just to tell you my today's experience at dealership. Before BMW dealership there is a long stripe of various dealerships Jaguar, Lambo, Ferrari, Porsche and bunch of other less fun brands like VW etc. So I stopped at the very beginning to clean the mess in the car (personal belongings) before going to my end of warranty check. I then proceeded along all those dealerships - lots of owners, future buyers outside checking their cars at each dealership. Every-time I went by - I would slightly tap the gas to make muffler delete growl and burble. The faces I saw, heads turned lol. I remember one guy stared - regret was written on his face man. I said to myself: ''yeah buddy, wrong choice you made, should have bought 50i lol". And you should hear how it sounds in tunnels or inside the bay - intoxicating! 50i with muffler delete is something man.
Anyway, congrats on your future 35i

Post up the last 7 of each VIN of those X5's referenced above.

I would typically choose the 50i over the 35i all day long, but packaging/options are a close 2nd to engine choice. I'd rather have a well optioned 35i M sport over a stripper 50i, even though I covet power the most.

I agree with this, the stripped out X5's just feels really cheap to me, and for the price they command just feel very plebian (3.5 and 5.0).

The 5.0 is way faster and the exhaust does sound better, but also depends on what you want from your SUV.

The regular 3.5i will blow your wrangler away so how much more do you need. Also if you get the performance pack or just a tune for the 3.5i its a pretty damn quick SUV on its own, it wont be lacking.

If they are optioned the same I say 5.0i, if they 5.0i is bare go 3.5i.

I'm assuming MSRP was a mistype since we are talking about used cars.
Food for thought but I recently got a 2015 50i w 36k miles and cpo warranty until Oct 2020 for 38,000$. Private seller
