Pretty new to coding and solely relying on the code sheet and all the hard work already put in there *kudos*
Some small things I couldn't find in the sheet: 1. Is it possible to enable TOP view camera when in reverse? Would come in handy to drive out a tight parking spot instead of having the reverse camera on. 2. Is it possible to disable the radio shutoff as soon as you open the door? Would be nice to have the radio playing when people are waiting in the car. 3. Is it possible to have HBA on at all times rather than pushing the button? My apologies when these questions were already answered. All feedback appreciated. |

Is this the default behavior on Belgium cars? In the U.S. we need to code it to have it shut off on door open. I have always been curious on what markets have it on by default.

@karoshi Here is the coding sheet Link where you can take a look at Row 93 - it's the line you need to code (obviously to nicht_aktiv, in your case): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...9s4/edit#gid=0 Hope that helps |

Thanks!
Last question before I start my journey in coding. Does the X5 40e has a specific file needed or is it the same F15 file as all the others? |

Question regarding HBA auto on coding.
I've found a coding sheet where it states the following codes to be on for HBA to automatically be enabled: KAFAS2 Module: High-Beam Assistant – Auto-On 3050FLA_ON_OFF set to: aktiv – werte=01 BDC_BODY Module: High-Beam Assistant – Auto-On: 3068FLA_AKTIVIERUNG set to: LDS_in_A_oder_2 HU_NBT or HU_CIC Module: (Not all available in CIC Headunit) High-Beam Assistant – Auto-On 3000HIGH_BEAM_ASSISTANT set to: aktiv Do I need to code ALL of them or is this just a case that it's possible via different modules? My car is equipped with 05AC (High Beam Assist) so just looking to activate it by default and not code it in. My apologies if this question has already been asked. Quite new to coding. Thanks in advance for any input! |

Can someone please help me confirm that when opening the E-SYS Launcher should I be selecting a Car Series of F015 or F025 for my F15 X5?

Thanks for the very helpful post to get the most out of my F15
There is one question, in your post, it says CLEAR DTC/ Error Codes. Does this step basically revert your car back to its original factory settings and removes all the codes you have written? OR is it a must after each coding session? I'm a little unsure if I should do this step? After coding, my F15 occasionally gives me an error of RDC tyre pressure monitoring failure and I am trying to get rid of this error. It only happens when I go long distance at high speeds (Motorways/ Freeways) Thanks again for your help! Dan |

So here is the update, it was a combination of the watchdog and Active PDC and Auto PDC. So not sure which one, but I just added this feature to my F12 M6. I actually like it now, and you can turn it off and on from the setting menu. |
