Likewise. Though there's not much of a difference between the F15 and some contemporary cars, like the F30 and F10.

The primary difference is the introduction of the BDC ECU, which now contains most of the functions previously found in CAS, FEM_BODY, and REM.

I haven't found anything that doesn't work yet based on the cheat sheets we've previously created for cars like the F10.

We figured most of this out by trial and error.

Did you find halo brightness code? I didn't find it under BDC. I think it is still there but with different name.

I have not. Personally I find them bright enough. But I can dig.

Good old 'Google Translate' eh? - we'd be lost without it!

There are several options for the halo/angel eye brightness. They vary depending on whether the headlights are off (DRL), on, or in parking light mode.

All in BDC_BODY:

DRL:
MAPPING_TAGFAHRL_V_L_PWM_LEVEL_1
MAPPING_TAGFAHRL_V_R_PWM_LEVEL_1

Headlights On:
MAPPING_STANDL_V_L_PWM_LEVEL_1
MAPPING_STANDL_V_R_PWM_LEVEL_1

Parking Lights On:
MAPPING_PARKL_V_L_PWM_LEVEL_1
MAPPING_PARKL_V_R_PWM_LEVEL_1

Each takes a hexadecimal value for the brightness.

Defaults for DRL should be 64, which is 100%. Defaults for the other 2 should be 8.

So, 0% = 0, 25% = 19, 50% = 32, 75% = 4B, 100% = 64.

For those who don't speak German:
tagfahrlicht = daytime running light
standlicht = sidelight
parklicht = parking lights

You know what I noticed? When I walk to my car during the day and I press the unlock from key fob, the angels won't turn on! It only does it at night or when it's dark... Anyone has the same problem? May be a coding thing... I'll look into it as well!

Make sure your welcome light settings are correct in iDrive.

iDrive -> Settings -> Lighting.

You'll see the options at the bottom.

Do you turn your headlights off or keep them in Automatic?

I'm pretty sure mine turn on but maybe they don't.

Here is the cheat sheet for now as promised.
Gotta run for now, there are a lot more basics coding that can be looked under F10 or F30 cheat sheet, but yet to confirmed.
The cheat sheet is full access to anyone, feel free to edit, add, and correct.
