Lost front and rear cams

Hello all, the dealer updated maps on my car today but have since lost front and rear cams, anyone has a clue or encountered a similar issue?

And I had a problem with the cameras!
They said it was first from the camera module!
They changed the module!
Then they had to change the cameras!
And now everything works!
