2016 X5 x35i M Sport Lease assumption
Started a new job about 6 months ago that requires a 100 mile daily commute. Need to purchase a commuter car, looking at used Tesla's.
Payment without tax is 715.78 so you would need to add tax for your state, I am in KS which has a rate of 9% so my total payment is 775.00 Current miles are 16,000 on a total of 30,000. I will purchase 6000 additional miles to put it back to even. Lease end date is 8/13/2019 so you get 10k per year. Residual is 42,762 You pay 545.00 transfer fee I replaced original 19" wheels with 469 replicas and continental DWS06 all season. Added m performance horsepower upgrade through the dealer. Tinted front windows to match rear. Debadged all emblems except main front and back BMW emblems. Rubber mats included. Have coded all of the standard things. Front lower bumper was replaced, I hit a coyote on the highway, no body work was needed, just the bumper replacement. Original sticker was around 72k, I can pm sticker and recent pictures. I have attached pictures from the first week of ownership after wheels were switched. |

Front bumper was replaced. How will that play out when one return the sav at end of lease? Also it will help if you provide what this sav is equipped with.

Shouldn't. The bumper was replaced by BMW.
It doesn't have run flats or the 19" factory wheels which would effect it. You would be better trading it in a month or 2 before the lease ends and you will get trade in value. I have never kept a car through the full lease. You usually have a little equity if you are within the miles. I will upload a picture of the sticker later today. |
