Well Eco Pro turns AC down, so I would personally try to avoid using it in high temperatures just because of the comfort. If you want to do it I don't see a problem, as far as you drive your car like once a month with highway speed for 45 minutes or so you should be fine. 300 mile ride will not trigger soot issues.

I never, ever use eco mode, it’s pretty pointless. Just take the drive in comfort, and the regen will do its thing.
