2018 Heated Steering Wheel Retrofit?

I'll likely be putting a down payment on a 2018 F15 xDrive 35i through a special program offered over here in Germany. The problem is, I have very little choice on options, but the deal is so good, I really cannot pass it up.

The only thing I'm missing that I cannot get with the deal is a heated steering wheel, so I want to retrofit. I know I need the wheel with the heating element, the switch, and coding to make the car know the heated steering wheel is installed.

Is there anything else I may be missing? I tried to search but recent F15-specific retrofits like this are hard to come by. I really appreciate the help. Thanks.
