All these are vanity mods anyway. The Base Vehicle is good enough, no question.
Now, trying to sell you base vehicle now, is close to committing financial suicide: you will get mid 20s, if that, with a new model coming up.
Don't think you can find a vehicle with an M Package in low mileage for less than 40K. Selling your base vehicle in a fire sale is wrong imo.
Yeah its financial suicide for me to sell mine, i bought mine for $29k with 49k miles, i'm only going for appearance.

Not to mention, when you go try to trade/sell the X5, you’re not going to be able to sell it to someone who wants an ACTUAL M Sport, and you’re not going to sell it to someone who wants Lux line.

If it were me, I’d go trade in for an actual M sport. My local dealership has like 8 CPO models all under $40,000.
I'm going for appearance, not for performance (ie suspension)

This would seem like a no brainer if you don't mind the drive and if out of state purchase doesn't cause any major headaches.
Thx but no im not going to sell my X5 for one with M-Sport.

Been an X-line I didn't like how it looked.
Going to post this again... By opting for a Msport line you don't automatically get the adaptive m suspension. At least not in the USA (Canada and Europe is different).

Also adaptive m suspension isn't harsh. It's compliant, solid, and soft / comfort when it needs to be (rough roads). It also keeps all four corners flat and not bouncy.

Yes in Canada we get it as a part of the m package... it make it ride better Imo, I have an m sport and my FIL has a lux line. I much prefer the m sport for ride comfort

This guy only sells OEM...there should be no problem.
Emailed the guy and his price is 899 for the front plus shipping. ECStuning is 800 free shipping

Yeah, as I said, he's very nice, but his prices are the highest. Not sure how he sells his stuff in this market.

Right before the “Help, my bumper doesn’t fit right and my pdc isn’t working” thread gets posted.

hah, sorry dude! I've just seen a lot of this type of work go wrong more often than right and have had my own bad experiences. Some often end up spending more money, time etc...to get things fixed. And you know how expensive all the parts and labor are.
