Backrest width memory

I like my backrest width to the narrowest setting, but even after saving this setting to memory (a lot), I still have to adjust this every time I sit down. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas what might be going on? Planning to mention this during my next scheduled maintenance, but I'm wondering if this is how it's designed to work.

Garage List
It should save it. Mine definitely gets narrow when I start the ignition and opens back up when I turn the car off.

Do either of you have your memory set to the narrowest setting? I'm just wondering if that isn't allowed for some reason.

It goes back to a certain point even if you save it at the narrowest setting it will not return to that setting. I have no idea why.

This is what I'm experiencing. Sounds like I'm not the only one, so I won't make a huge deal about it. Thanks
