What sticker to put on Brembo calipers?
So decided to man up #brembo #bbk #realmanhavebrembo #bremboorgohome #stoppingpower #fuckit
and bought this E70 X5M bbk, will pair them with F85 395mm drilled rotors Last edited by DuSh; 02-03-2018 at 04:54 PM.. |

I just did not want to pay the premium, although, even OEM stock brake kits are expensive. |

Dush - I would personally either go with Brembo (in a neutral color)or no sticker. |

Do you have a pic of them installed? Maybe I'm jumping the gun with my response.

Sorry guys, was late and for some reason pics didn't show, so I posted them in my first post. I bought E70 BBK X5M (they come black) - exactly same as MPBK for F15 (which comes in blue)
Paint is damaged and will need repainting. They are quite big and without any decal they look empty, like something is missing, that's why I thought maybe put ///M on them (they come from factory like that) or just put Brembo decal? They are Brembo brakes, it's not that I'm lying or trying to trick somebody I'm planning to match them with 395mm F85 rotors (shown on pic in my first post) |

Brembo is a way cooler sticker than ///M for me. I think my first Brembos were on my first Ducati, and for some reason I loved having the name - perhaps because I love racing and go fast stuff...or stop fast stuff...or maybe I'm just sometimes a brand name idiot.
Good pick up DuSh...happy for you man. Whatever you decide I'm positive they'll look great. Just make sure you post 'em up when done so we can all enjoy. I live my mod life vicariously through the younger-than-me crowd these days (because if I added up all of my mod money over the past 20 years I'd be institutionalized). Saving my money now for helping my kids through their own modding addictions.

gross. just leave them alone instead of doing this. putting these types of vato-zone parts on a car like this is like wearing a clip-on tie with a brioni suit.

Not really overkill. Attaching a plastic cover with a faux badge to your vehicle isn't making it look better. You're better off leaving it alone but your car, your cash, your call.
