PDC malfunction

Heading home from Boston to Montreal. Stopped at a light and got a pdc malfunction error. Got out of the car and saw what the problem was. Lol

I don't see how that could cause a malfunction

Weirdly mine works just fine with snow on the bumper.

The Alfa Romeo rental I had all of last week was totally different story. The PDC kept going off when I was going 100 kph on the expressway.

Not just snow. It's caked on dirty ice from 300miles of highway winter driving.

My F01 had one sensor that would always error out in heavy rain. If its specifically one sensor that keeps faulting, you can always replace it.

OMG. This is when I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Southern California. Yesterday it was 80F, electric blue skies and a wonderful breeze. Today only 75 and hazy sun!

When we are back home in Sweden, our Volvo rental cars always freak out...snow, ice, park distance sensors!
