passenger seat clicking

hey guys, i have a new 18 x5, less than 4k on the clock.

i started to notice when a passenger is seated, when driving over almost ANY slight bump, theres a clicking noise. it drives me absolutely crazy.

anyone else experience this? when no one is seated shotgun, it doesn't do it.

I had this too!! It is not the seat itself, but if you look under the seat, there is a black plastic piece of trim that runs most of the length! For me, it was closest to the center console. There is a gap, and if you jiggle the plastic, I could recreate the sound. I used black electrical tap and connected the 2 plastic pieces. GONE!

If this does not make sense, or you cannot find what I am talking about, let me know. I will send pics.
