You guys down south get some exceptional deals!!

Nothing like that here in Canada (at least i dont know).

Was only able to get 3% off sticker of our x5 40e, plus $1500 loyalty. Decent but not great!!

My thoughts: WAY TOO MUCH MONEY

For a USED X5 you are paying $17k more for the 50i over what I paid for a new 2016 X5 35i with m sport, driver assist, driver assist plus, 20" wheels, harmon kardon + dakota leather. ( 60500 final price)

Seems like you should get at least 12K off that price if not more.
What was your MSRP?

Hello everyone. I'm in NY and this was the deal just quoted today, 4/30/2016. 2016 X5 xDrive35i $69,895 MSRP, sale price $63,450, 61% residual, don't know the money factor. $797/mth, 36 mths, 10k miles/yr, ONLY first payment due at signing and includes $1000 BMW owner loyalty (2015 M5). I was expecting to be below $750/mth. Any thoughts?

I would not recommend paying tax upfront. Money lost if car is stolen or totaled.

Just ordered mine..

2016 x35i
MSRP $67,820
Down to $60,700 (plus tax, tags, fees) - includes $1000 purchase credit if built, shipped and delivered by end of month.

Just an FYI, May incentives are garbage. Loyalty program is gone. If you are not in a rush, wait until June to buy/build. I am hoping my vehicle takes longer to ship in hopes that the loyalty credit will be back next month.

Nice price. I asked for 10% off on an x5m and dealer said 5. No deal.

You definitely have to shop around. My local dealer and I negotiated 11% off an X5M.

Just out of curiosity, what do you guys think of my lease numbers?
2015 X6 xDrive 35i, MSRP $75,875 (selling price was around $69K), 10K miles per year, 36 months, monthly pmt with everything (taxes, fees, etc) rolled in is $961

I am actually trying to get out of this lease currently, so posted it in the classifieds section, offered a cash incentive to move it quickly.

I was able to get 9.5% off at BMW Bellevue for a 2016 BMW X5 with 78k MSRP. It has M sport package, it was white on black but ended up picking up the used one
