Engine Drama
So I got a persistent cylinder 4 malfunction over the weekend, 120k KMS, recent transfer case fluid flush but no issues, 2014 model and drove the car quite a bit (since I was in a far away city with no dealers) and got all plugs and coils changed yesterday by Indy but did not resolve issues (coils and plugs were due so I said might as well do it all). MAF sensors with some oil (? blowby) but no MAF codes and eventually dealer scoped cylinder 4 today and says he sees the exhaust valve is burnt. Cylinder 4 malfunction continues and car rattles at rest.
I haven't done any spirited driving in years. What do you guys think? Is this the end? Gave to my indy to take a peak at it.
