iPhone iOS 11.x Bluetooth issue

I'm not sure if this is related to the OS or the hardware on the phone itself but ever since I received my car back from service, I have a hard time hearing who is speaking on the other line via Bluetooth.

I thought it was a problem with the BMW code since I believe the upgraded me (lost all my coding) but when I was testing my work phone, the Bluetooth worked great.

Has anyone experienced any of these issues? Any resolutions?

I have a iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 11.1. Never had a problem before..

Just out of curiosity, ones you are on the call, did you adjust the phone volume all the way up?

Sure did!

I also ran into a problem a few times where when I'm on a call, the music automatically turns on like the call got disconnected but then immediately turns off and goes back into the call.

Had similar issues, after unpairing and repairing everything started working again

The blue tooth connection is poor. My wife's Audi is much faster and reliable.
