Customs Billing for Wheel Order

Have any of you that have ordered wheels from Signature or BC Forged or any other company that drop ships them from Taiwan gotten a bill from UPS later for fees? I just got a bill for $75 and when calling UPS they said that the shipper checked off the box to bill the customer any overages and customs charges. I don't remember seeing anything on their website that I would be responsible for their customs duty charges.

I was tempted to order a few months ago. Shipping options were air or ship. Ship would only include fee from Taiwan/China to, I assume, LA port. Once there, I would be responsible for any shipping fees thereafter.
