Where in PA? If you are near Lancaster, I could help. I just coded my 2016 X5.

Hello, Guys,
I am newer in codding.
First step i want to code TPMS in wheels.
Cn you comment am i right in steps?
1) Adding 2vb in FA
2) Go in "Coding" and press button CODE to BDC_Body, after it to DSC2, after to HU_NBT, and the last one DKOMBI?
Thanks.

Coding Comfort+ on 2016 F15 50i M Sport

I added the "Comfort+" option in BDC/ICM and it lets me choose it using the driving mode selector switch. The graphic on the iDrive display shows suspension and steering highlighted for this mode, vs nothing highlighted for normal Comfort.

I can't really tell the difference between Comfort and Comfort+. Is there additional hardware needed for it to work?

I have M Dynamic suspension (2VF) and rear air suspension due to 3rd row (4UB).

I do not have DHP, since that can't come with 3rd row. Am I missing hardware to Comfort+ to work, or is it just a subtle difference from Comfort?

Do you have TPMS on wheels? If you do not have metal stems with sensors, do not code 2VB. If you do, then you will need to followup with FDL coding of HU_NBT.

I would like to know this as well, if someone with experience can clear this up! Thanks.

After VO coding, vehicle will read pressure; but, you need to FDL code HU_NBT to enable temperature.

I'd like to code my 2015 F83 in a few weeks. Do I need different software or do I simply change the Connection Target to F20?

You need E-Sys, E-Sys Launcher, and PSdZData. Connect as follows:

E-Sys Launcher Car Series = F083
E-Sys Connection Target = F020

Thanks, Shawn.

So since I've already coded my F15, my existing software should be fine, or should I update it with the newest versions. If I should update, could you pm me the links again?

That all depends of your current software version and the F83 software version, neither of which I am privy to,

I guess I'm confused. I would assume that updating to the latest version of esys, PSdZData, etc. would cover me no matter what the software version the vehicles are or am in incorrect?

I haven't coded in about a year and just tried launching my esys program, only to have it ask for a token.

Yes, latest software will work for sure, but you asked if current software would work, and this I have no way of knowing. PM sent.
