Profiles/Memory/Key

Hi,
Had my car for over 2 years now and never had the issue with the profiles/key-mapping. If my wife used the car last and I then used my key to open it up, it would adjust seat/mirrors based on my profile and vice versa. It stopped working even though the profiles are still there, the settings are in memory and we never exchanged the keys. Tried everything but can't get it to work, any ideas? Appreciate the help!

Igor

Try changing the batteries on the keys.

You sure you haven't changed keys? You know you can slip out the fobs from the key and move it to the other one pretty easily?

What happens - is there just one profile set all the time? Or is each key choosing the opposite profile?

Yes, the keys were def not switched. No, the profiles change accordingly to the key but it won't activate the correct memory settings for that profile

Weird. I've found on our g30 the profile doesn't switch sometimes so I've set the rightmost preset to be profiles and so it's a quick 5 second hobby to switch it. But that's a different problem.
