I would like to know if is possible to use WAZE or Google Maps signals in the HUD like a video... (apple maps in Arg works really bad!)

In another way, I saw when it was day, the white light works with the digital cluster, is it possible to work in the night with white instead of orange?

FYI, what you're seeing in that youtube video is actually just a feature in Apple Maps for CarPlay that sends the destination address directly into the native BMW Navigation system. Once you click on the "BMW NAV" button within CarPlay, you're no longer using CarPlay for navigation, you're using the regular BMW nav system (which is why HUD works there).
