Looks really nice. Space Grey with the lighter silver color grill, rails, boards & wheels compliments the Grey smartly. US gets dual speedometer, Canada gets km only !

Very nice! xLine FTW.

What tires came on your X5? Are those Pirellis? I thought only Michelins and Goodyears were the OEM tires.

Good eye, they're Pirellis.

Nice!!!! Mine came with Michelins. I am glad they are not coming with Bridgestone which were destroyed with only 30k miles in my old X5.

Am I wrong or the mileage on the left is the car mileage and the right one the partial? Your car shows 6 miles with 13.4 in the partial? How is that possible?

Here's mine!

Build:

xDrive35i
X-Line
Space Gray Metallic
Canberra Beige Dakota Leather
Fineline Pure Wood Trim

Cold Weather Package
Harman Kardon Surround Sound System
Rear View Camera
Surround View

Canberra is definitely a lot whiter (and less yellow) than the Sand Beige we traded out of.

Maybe your "new" car actually has 100,006 miles on it.

Shot a note to my CA. We'll see.

Asked my CA- he said he's spoken with an SA with 30+ years experience and they don't really have a good answer (though he did suggest that the mileage could have been altered during PDI...). They're still researching.

I would also add- my X5 didn't come with a second key... they had to order it.

Putting on my tinfoil hat...should I be concerned?

I would check bmwarchive.org and make sure it has a build date that matches your expectations.. I doubt they would take some demo or show/press release car or whatever and try to pass it off as a custom build, but I would get an answer from BMW one way or another and check that website.

Good call. Interestingly, production date shows 7/11/13... which is peculiarly since I tracked the X5 from start to finish...

^ Chrisny good point. Another way to check build date is to enter the last 7 VIn digits into:
http://www.bmwarchiv.de/vin/bmw-vin-decoder.html

As Chrisny stated very unlikely that they would do such a thing. Perhaps asking for the delivery documents to prove that it was shipped directly from the plant would be reassuring. It is very likely a silly software glitch, as how too difficult to match such a custom order. Relax and enjoy.

It may be 11-7-13. I just checked mine and it said 5/11/13, but I think the europeans use dating differently. Swap the 11 and 7. Just a thought!
