2017 X5 Leasing numbers

Just got the leasing numbers from my local dealer for the 2017 Xdrive 35i model. They look terrible in my opinion. Anyone else got numbers?

MSRP: $67,000 on a 2017 X5 xDrive35i
24 months 12k miles per year with $5011.53 due at signing, $1118.89 per month with residual of 62% and MF of .00157
36 months 12k miles per year with $5218.45 due at signing, $906.17 per month with residual of 56% and MF of .00157

Useless response. I am asking residual and MF and those have no influence from cap cost, MSRP, etc...

You are right. After leasing BMW for the last 10 years I will probably give up and move to another brand. This is a clear example of not caring for the customer. This dealer always quote me extremely high numbers to them come down after exhausting negotiations. I leased 4 cars from them and they still don't get that I know what I can get in a deal but they always treat me as stupid. There are way better deals on other brands so it is probably time to move on.

Yes, 2017 X5 numbers are awful. I was at dealership yesterday and configured a 2017 40e at $73K. Payments were $800 per month! Dealer had a 2016 with about the same MSRP and payments were $620 per month. $180 more per month (> $6K more for lease term) for the 2017!!

I wouldn't give up on leasing BMW, but I would give up on that dealer. I don't usually negotiate but I do put dealers within reasonable driving distance against each other to get the best deal...by the way my payment is with 7 MSD, negotiated price 8% off, full disclosure....
