Hrmm the charts on those pages are all messed up. Will have to change that when I get back in the office on Monday. Odd. Never have had a hybrid vehicle in the shop to test so can't guarantee it would work on the 40e. I would be surprised if it didn't though.

No plans to back the product with a factory matching warranty. Point of the product is to be in the same space as the competition. A factory matching warranty would make the price point significantly more expensive and thus not in competition with the other stage 1 boxes.

yeah, thats what i was going to ask
some report engine hp, some only to the wheels. what is the baseline and how to convert?

On RWD cars wheel HP is 15% less than crank, that 15 % is drivetrain loss. On AWD cars that loss is usually 20-22%.

Some dyno meters calculate that automatically so it really depends. Whoever posts needs to be clear.
With jb it is always pure whp, so you can't just add it to factory number. Factory numbers are always crank(because they are higher and people feel better when they get more) so to get accurate results you update whp to crank and add it to factory estimated number.
BMW's are always conservative(based on hundreds of members' dynos) so taking f15 x5 with n55 motor(6 cylinder turbo), advertised 300 hp, in reality roughly 320. Adding JB - 45 whp (56 crank with 20% drive train loss) you would yield about 375 crank hp.
There is another measure brake hp(generally used In European tests), for simplicity I assume it's the same as crank
