Braking Problem?

On a few occasions with 3 different drivers recently there has been times where while city driving under semi sharp braking there was no feedback until u release the brake and re-engage the brake again quickly. It doesn't happen often but it happens. We told the dealer about something similar and they said it brakes like a brand new car (currently have a 2015 x5 35i 15.5k miles) thoughts?

Depending on what you mean by "feedback" this doesn't sound safe. You may not always have time to release and re-engage. I would push them on this and 15.5 miles is not that new, that's essentially a 1 year old car. Just my 2 cents!
