You'll pay more for installation, rather than the part.
Yes, leather dash looks great, but overall cost may be prohibitive.

Anyone have an idea how long will it take to replace all the trims? My local dealer quoted me 9-10 hours for the job which sounds crazy to me.

That seems within reason to me. Hour and a half book time per door if I was to hazard a guess. That's 6 right there. Plus the dash. It takes time to do it right and I'm assuming you don't want broken clips/rattles/loose trim pieces after the job is done.
