I liked it but like the m5 way more. You can really feel the weight of the x5m and unless I had 2 or 3 kids, no need. I had a few e70 x5m as well and I just love the f10 m5.

Wow, did you lose a lot between the trades? If I didn't like the X5M, I would at least get something different like M6.

I lost like 2k. I got a deal on the x5m though, the dealer I got it from had it sitting for 4-5 months. Typical trade loss would be 5-10k though.

Your happy with what you have at the end of the day, that's the important thing.

Personally, my 2015 F85 X5M 'feels' like it weighs less than other BMW's I've had (E70 X5, 535xi, 650xi)...

I dunno, that pedal just feels SOOO responsive that it makes the vehicle feel 'lite', even though I know it's a somewhat, large SAV.

Then with the X5M brakes (yeah the noise can really suck at times) you can step on those and it brings that 'larger' SAV to a stop like crazy!

IMHO

Now I'm impressed, I never lose less than 5k between trade ins lol. The worst was 21k from a 11' 750 to a 13' 750 when the Lci F02 came out.

It's a great truck but imagine the same power or more (comp pack) in a lighter vehicle that shifts faster (if you have you have dct). You can't compare a non m car like your previous to an m. If I needed a truck I would have an x5m. I had a few e70 x5m and the f85 but I had to go back to an m5. My favorite car, out of about the 40 cars I've owned.

I'm seriously thinking to get the new M5 when it come out, it nice to hear from a M5 owner's opinion on it! Really looking forward for the new M5, imagine AWD with 600hp, and nice updated interior. And the headlight and Taillghts look just like the X6M!

To me it is a truck. It's not a car, it's higher off the ground, weighs 5000+ lbs. you can refer to it as an SUV, sav, car whatever your preference is.
