I assume this is because North America (US + Canada mostly) are the primary markets for F85/86's and they are also made here (in South Carolina).

No one in the US pays more than 3-4% max these days on a car loan with captive finance from any manufacturer unless they have lousy credit.

$175,000.00 AUS is $131,000.00 US

That is NUTS. Its not even possible to option an X5M Individual here to that range.

WOW ....

Are you located in Southern California?

I have been eyeing an X5M at a dealer near me as well because it has been sitting there for a very long time. It is DG w/ black interior about 112K as well.

Incentives (both dealer and customer) are normally independent of the lease/finance rates.
I locked in the rate in October. At that time I was told that I can combine the incentive with the rate. Now my client advisor tells me that the loyalty cash is only for leases, not financing. I know that BMW dealerships get the fine print for incentives every month. I wonder if anyone has access to one from this month.

BMW of Ontario? Been on the lot since last spring. They wouldn't go one cent under $107 when I was dealing with the Internet Sales dude back in September. I walked away ...

Hey guys! Same question but a little bit different of a case.

I run a successful IT company with 3 of my best friends and we are taking advantage of some tax incentives that are in place this year for new vehicles that are over a certain weight (combined with section 179). You can do this up to $500,000 so we decided to purchase 4 2017 X5M's in different colors. It ends up saving us a ton in taxes and we have always wanted X5M's ever since we drove them at the track where they are made back in 2013.

We want them fully loaded and in 4 different colors (donington grey w/ argon brown, long beach blue w/ silverstone, alpine white w/ red, and black sapphire metallic w/ black.) We all want 21" rims, night vision, executive package, the sound system upgrade, park assist, driver assist, etc... The only thing we don't want is the rear entertainment package.

We MUST have purchased these cars and driven away with them before December 31st at the absolute latest.

My question:

How much should we be paying for these? We live in Charlottesville, VA. The dealership is trying to give us 1500 off of MSRP each but that seems pretty bad to me considering we are buying 4.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Not sure if others have responded already but for M you should reach out to David Aviles at Steve Thomas BMW - he is also on this forum - he will get you the best price and can ship. I got two x6Ms from him and noone can beat his pricing and customer service. If you guys have time, try picking all four cars at the performance center and driving home together - that sounds like a cool trip with lots of perfect picture opps - how many times can you see four x5M together in different color combinations

I don't remember exact number but I think mine was sticker at 113k roughly and I got it for 98k with all incentives and BMW financing at 3.4% I think that comes out to about 13% but it was one in stock already. Had about 100 miles on it already, assume it was on the lot for a month or longer.

I know some say they were able to get dealer invoice but how do you know what invoice is? Does the dealer give you a copy of the invoice or do you get invoice price off of some website (like Kelly Blue Book).

Staying sort of on topic, the X5M remains a reasonably good deal in its snack bracket. I just priced out a 2019 RRS with similar equipment as on my '18 X5M and came up with a rather comical MSRP of $151K CDN

If your CA is a straight shooter, he will e-mail you the VIR with invoice prices.
