I meant F1x M5/M6... They will smoke most of high performance cars in rolling ...
have you watched this video ? M6 Couple is about 150 lighter than both M5 and M6 GC so will be even faster than all M cars

This video is inaccurate all the 1/4mile times are way out
x5m/x6m will do the 1/4 mile in 12.2 to 12.3 easy

The same condition (temperature, driver, road,...) is applying to all cars!

They all pretty close to each other, in real world it's more a drivers race since a single mistake can ruin the Launch. That being said, X5M and X6M are the easiest to drive in a street drag race due to the AWD traction. I pulled a 2 car length over a M5 (pre facelift F10) entering a highway once. I slowed down once I got to 90mph since it's public road, but I'm sure he could catch up if we were keep our foot buried.

Well not sure why you say they are close ... the above result shows X6M is a full second slower than M6 in term of 0-100 mph and 0.4 second slower in rolling (5-60 mph). Can pick up 9 mph less trap speed in 1/4 mile...
But you are right about the easiest to launch due to AWD.
Anyways let's agree all M cars are fast cars in their classes

Yes agreed that the current M5 and M6 are faster cars. Same engine but less weight so its only logical. With that said it also depends on the conditions and the type of race they are engaged in. 0-60 sprint I would have my money on a X5M or X6M simply because of the AWD launch. Factor in road conditions like moisture, temperature, smoothness the benefits shifts towards the X5M/X6M side more unless its warm and super sunny out with perfectly smooth roads. The longer the race the more time the M5/6 will have to catch up and pass the X5M/X6M as you can clearly see in the quarter mile trap speeds. Weight and aerodynamics becomes a much bigger factor once you hit triple digit speeds.

Still pretty damn impressive that the X5M/X6M in stock trim is only .2 seconds slower in the quarter mile than the M6 according to the C&D results. I can assume that a piggyback tuned X5M/X6M will run pretty equal to a stock M6.

Btw, just played with a guy in a F10 M5 again, I was behind him so he prob didn't know it was a M too. I knew he's gonna floor the throttle so I hit the gas right after him, I was right on his tail till the next stop light (I had to back off the throttle a bit at first when I saw he was breaking his tail). After we stop side by side, we gave each other a friendly nod and wave. It was fun!
