Rear air vents

Hey guys today when i was driving home I noticed that the rear air vents kept putting out air randomly every 30 seconds or so and then stop immediately. Its as if the settting was set to MAX but it wasn't. What i tried to do was to turn off everything to see if air will still come out and to my surprise it did but this time it was for a shorter duration.

It's really annoying to listen to the air coming out and stopping every 30 seconds so I don't know if anyone else has had this problem. Everything was perfectly fine this morning up until my way back home.

my Q7 had this issue when on "Auto" and auto is calibrated for full blast. other option is to see if the manual setting of hot/cold is set to the extreme opposite of what is on the digital readout... if so adjust the slider to hot or cold or middle.

Turned off the car for 2 hours and tried again and now the problem is gone. Really weird.

not weird... it is temperature related in conjunction with your HVAC settings. if you left your vehicle in a temperature control garage you would not experience this. (despite being a different make and model i had this happen when i was away and forced to park outdoors.)
