TPMS torque?

When fitting new TPMS sensors what's the correct torque for the bolt as I've been told it's 35 in/lbs but looking at the pic it states otherwise, any idea which is correct?

I would follow instructions on the piece of paper. Not sure who your source is, but often people make stuff up.

Always follow the manufacturer's instruction if there is one. The VDO TPMS tend to leak on the valve stem, that's why I stop selling them.
