I made the switch this year, I was spending the same as you and said no more. I tow both my seadoos and my trailer my our model Ys. For comparison, I drove 30k km on our MYP and it cost me less htan $900 in charging. I can post the screen shots here if you wish. You will not be disappointed in the running cost comparison if you are charging primarily at home. The IX has no hitch option in Canada, and while the MY cannot compare to the bimmer for luxury and in NVH, it makes up for it in power and running costs.
