F15 tire size

I have extra tires from a G05, I was wondering if it is ok to put them on my 469M rims and under the F15?

305/40R20
275/45R20

Garage List
As far as I know the G-Series has a different PCD (Pitch circle diameter) than the F and E series (which have 5x120)
The standard tire-specs on the f15 for 20 inch are 275/40R20 and 315/35R20.
Translating this into english: The tirespecs you have named have a higher aspectratio which means they are larger in diameter.
This means your odometer would be getting false information (slower turning of the wheel) which affects the kilometers and your speed on the dash. You'd need to have that recoded. Plus it's possible the tires would scrape somewhere if you turn the steering wheel all the way.
