N63tu how much oil ???
gentlemen want to change the oil soon. I can't find out exactly how much oil my engine needs some say it takes 8.5 quarts or 9. 5 quarts. does anyone know how much is needed ???

Make sure that you aren’t conflating liters and quarts when you see the amount required. Since Germany uses liters…and the USA uses quarts…sometimes the “units of volume” get mixed up. It calls for 9.5 liters of oil for the N63TU V8…which is the equivalent of approx 10 quarts:
When I change the oil in my N63TU BMWs (an f06 & f15) I get two 5 quart jugs (a total of 10 quarts) at Walmart and use both jugs. I also keep 2 single quart bottles for top-offs (if needed) between oil changes.
