1st Scrape :(

Car just turned 2 months old the other day and got my first scrape

I used a touch up pen earlier today and although it's slightly better, it still bothers me.

Don't want to do a full bumper respray, can anyone recommend anyone in NYC that could touch up, compound and polish in a space of a day?

Thanks

Bad luck! I had my first mishap at the weekend and damaged one of my 469Ms. £800 to replace!

Your dealer must have a repair workshop who could do an invisible repair for you. I wouldn't have thought it would take more than one day. I hope you manage to get it fixed soon!

Ouch, must've been a big hit for a full replacement.

Dealer probably could, but they'll most likely charge an arm and a leg. Also, the work may not take long, but it's going to be sat there until someone is available. They had my car for an entire day when they did my MPPk tune!

Don't stress about it. Just write it off as a booboo, and wait until someone properly hits that front bumper and get it taken care of then. Your car is only 2 months old.

I can recommend an incredible body shop in Northern VA but that's too far away. I would get some quotes from reputable shops around you. You get what you pay for with these types of repairs usually.

Just sent you a pm regarding your exhaust question. The same shop can take care of that for you as well.

Our first dent happened a few weeks ago, a nice door slam into the front passenger door and door handle. Getting fixed in two weeks.

Gray hair has been noted, that's why I buzz my hair. Yep, and still going. Fell in love with BMW since I was 6: 2002, 320i, M1, Etc... No stopping anytime soon, and won't mind owning an E30 M3 one day.
