Buying a CPO X5 .... Good deal or not?? HELP
Hey guys ....
Its been a while since I last posted, so hello everyone, feels good to be back. I sold my 3 series and i am very close to closing a deal on a used X5 and i figured this would be the best place to see if its a good deal or not. WHAT DO U THINK?? CPO 2015 X5 s35i w/49K It comes with pretty much everything i wanted. Silver w/black interior Driver assistance plus pkg M sport pkg Premium pkg M adaptive suspension LED headlights Soft close doors HUD HK sound And the list goes on. For everything use the vin decoder. VIN 5UXKR2C53F0H37138 Here is also the link if you want to see pictures .....(https://www.bmwwest.com/certified/BM...d10f98c5b6.htm) Ok so the price listed is $41,981. It comes out to $45,696 drive out. They are giving me $1,500 credit off drive out plus another $1,500 recent grad credit. So the new drive out is $42,696. DEAL OR NO DEAL? Also want to add the following. It was a lease return. The car was originally leased from same dealer.
The car fax does show one minor accident. Repair done at the dealer. Replaced the rear bumper. All to consider. I plan on keeping this car for 5-6 yesrs. |

Great choice.. my was very similar to yours and CPO at 49k with warranty up to 100k
Few things to check - ask them to make sure brake services are done and make sure you schedule one last 50k free service at 49999k - on board computer will probably tell you brakes are fine but have them physical inspect it

Yes I will definitely will check the brakes as that is a big cost. They also promised all 4 tires to be brand new.
The warranty is 100K/6yrs so all i am going to add to that is the tire and wheel protection. Is this a good deal? My concern is the high mileage, 2 wheel drive and previous minor accident which will lower resale value. |

I ran the VIN in Manheim and they estimated the retail value at $42,400. And that is without CPO. In other words: great deal you're getting. Go for it!
