2017 X5 with 777 miles

Folks - thinking of getting a X5 for my wife as a surprise birthday present. I found the following car:

https://classicbmw.financing.dealer....114b4d87b3.htm

Has only 777 miles on the 2017 sDrive; previous owner had buyers remorse. Dealer is offering it to me for $59,000 ($63,000 out the door). This is not a CPO with a retail/inservice date of March 2017. I think it is probably too expensive by around $3K-$5K.

Wanted to get the expert opinion. Much appreciated.

Thank you.
Shariq.

Not sure what your hot buttons are, but my local dealership has a great deal available on a brand new 2016 X5 xDrive35i with good equipment.
Here is the link to it:

Feel free to message me and I can get you in touch with my CA!

If the MSRP was 63K then it is overpriced. Pretty easy to get new at that price or better. On the X5 specifically it has the ventilated seats. Search the forum, many people hate the things (including me).

MSRP was $69K; my gut says it is a bit too pricey.

NTX - thanks for the link; I'll call the dealership on Monday.

Interesting note on the ventilated seats; I have it on my M5 and like it a lot. Will research regardless.

Thank you all.

With a 69K MSRP it's close, maybe a couple thousand more off. Seems pretty well equipped.

They're a great concept but terrible execution in the X5. All they do is provide less cushion, ruin the look of the mocha or ivory leather, and make a loud fan noise with no air flow or actual cooling. Cooled seats work great across the market. Just a fail here.

Along with the entire A/C system... maybe correlated to how shitty ventilated seats are in the F15 (I hate mine) but that's besides the point. LOVE the ventilated seats on my F10, though.

You are in TX... I would recommend the xdrive instead is sdrive. We don?t get tons of snow but we do get rain and light ice. I don?t think I would ever buy a SUV without being AWD
