Higher mileage - thus Battery drain

Hi

As part of BMW's ineffective

"battery change suggestion (requirement?) every 10k miles"

Have any of you folks, travelled higher miles than the 10K limits...... and if so have you fallen victim to this....

whats the experience been (if so) ??

Never had the battery drain issue with mine. Had 13K miles on it when I sold it.

22,000 miles so far and no battery-related issues.

Is battery drain an issue for our cars? I had that problem with my 09' 750Li, but not in my 13' 750Li and X1. I thought BMW fixed the problem already?

My X5M has 15k and I'm having issue with my battery. My alarm will go off for no reason.

What the hell... imagine if it goes off at 3AM? Terrifying and unacceptable.
