Ricer Alert: B&O Speaker Grill Covers
I am wrapping my interior trim to brush aluminum and think the covers will be a nice touch but does anyone have pics of them if they added to their F15? I know it is ricer thing but I think it will look clean.

I also bought the covers and tweeter covers to go with my fake center speaker, It may be rice but it looks pretty, still sounds great and like the added led back lighting.
Their selling a full OEM set of the round grills on eBay right now I think theirs one left and their a European seller, if you buy from the dealer it's over $1800 just for the speaker covers. |

If I where optioning out my car and liked the look of B&O system gave the interior yet didn't like the sound and wanted to upgrade to different brand speakers would you expect me change out the aluminum covers ? I have an M sport with M badges everywhere from the factory yet it's not an M and the M 235i has M badges on the exterior sheet metal yet it's not an M2, and that's from the factory, Just a bunch of yahoos in marketing trying to squeeze more thousands from people. at the end of the day who cares and it's all about customizing the car to your liking and enjoying it. I had a r53 JCW mini with the aero kit installed from the factory and swapped the stock Cooper S facia and rear and side trim on it because I liked it better, is that a downgrade? Not for me. You guys that get all bent out of shape over what other people do to make their cars to their liking crack me up. If that's what bothers you in life ..... wow. Anyway in other news. I'm Also planning to code the B&O options into the NBT system for better special sound as others in the stereo coding threads have pointed out. so all in all fun stuff. |
