flapping noise on right side of car?

So i have an odd issue.

when doing anything over 100kmph i get this plastic bag type flapping noise on the left side of the car (RHD vehicle).
the sound seems to be in between the front and rear seats on the outside of the car.
its resonates up to just behind the passengers ear.
when i climbed in the back it seemed to be coming somewhere around the rear footwell area - it could be in the side sill?

i have got underneath the car and looked all over and cannot seem to find anything that could be making this noise.

any help appreciated!

Are your rubber jack pads in place? If one has fallen out...wind passing over the opening can create noise and/or can find its way inside the vehicles frame and could be causing the noise.

Also check for any loose trim/parts on that side of the car that could be fluttering in the wind as your speed increases.
